Data controller
The data controller is the Carteo operator. Contact happens through the demo request form or by replying to a message after submitting a request.
What data we collect
We collect details entered in the demo request form: contact person, restaurant name, city, email, phone, website or Instagram links, and message.
Why we use the data
We use the data to contact you about the demo, prepare a sample menu page, organize submitted information, and handle the sales conversation.
Menu files
Uploaded menu files are used only to prepare the demo and estimate the work. We do not publish them publicly without an operator or restaurant decision.
Retention
Pilot data is kept as long as needed to handle the request, prepare the demo, maintain the restaurant relationship, or investigate technical issues.
Contact and deletion
You can ask to update or delete data by replying to a Carteo message or sending a new request asking for contact.
